but its been a while since the game came out & alot has changed with drm in outdated games such as BiA that are on steam. Xbox-HQ provides free direct downloads and support for Microsofts original Xbox console.
I think that's why the store page on steam warns that the game may not work win 7 & up machines since for a time, puchasing the game on steam closer to it's release date would've included that drm. TLDR: get the game from steam (might be able to activae cd-key on steam) as the steam version doesnt have that outdated & nasty drm.
